Scheduling a tutoring session with me is EASY! Keep in mind, the process is different depending on if you are selecting a single class or a weekly bundle. 

1) To book single classes, follow the steps below:

-Click any option on the page to book a single lesson with Chase.
-The link will take you to my scheduling partner Calendly where you will choose the date and time of your lesson then checkout 100% securely with Credit/Debit Card through Stripe.
-After you set the date, you will receive a unique link to our Zoom meeting!

2) To book Weekly Bundles, follow the steps below:

First, choose which bundle you want by:
1) Selecting the session length that fits your child's needs
2) Choosing how many sessions per week using the dropdown bar
3) Adding that selection to your cart

Next, secure checkout and schedule your lessons by:
4) Providing your child's name and grade at checkout
5) Receiving  TWO (2) confirmation emails:
-the first is an order confirmation and
-the second contains unique links for you to schedule through Calendly!

Absolutely! Chase highly encourages you to book a trial class before you commit to a full class or recurring sessions. During this 15 minute trial class, your student and Chase will get to know one another, see all the things your student can do, and establish goals to be reached over the course of future tutoring sessions. 

Currently, Chase Learning only offers online tutoring one-on-one or in small groups up to 5. Zoom, Google Meets, or Phone Call are the only current modes of instruction for Learn with Chase.

Chase is a licensed, working schoolteacher since 2015 and a personal tutor since 2011. He has a Master of Arts degree in Teaching and holds Professional Educator Licenses and Credentials in multiple states. He is authorized by those states to teach Math, Reading, Writing, Spanish, and ESL. He has been the lead teacher in 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th grades and High School classrooms and has supported learners through his career of all ages from birth to adult.

Yes, flexible scheduling is the number one way to make sure your student gets consistent support! Through the scheduling integration Calendly, you will select which session times work for you and if that means different times on different days, so be it! The technology works hard to avoid schedule conflicts as well. If you need to cancel, or reschedule, 4 hour notice is kindly requested.

No worries, life happens and this may occur! First, try your best to reschedule the class with Calendly since this will be the most beneficial to your student and also the easier option. Otherwise, all you have to do is reach out as soon as possible with notification of cancellation. If a student does not attend the session without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the class will be charged.
